My package was lost or damaged in transit. What should I do?

It REALLY stinks when packages are lost or damaged in transit. That’s why we do everything possible to ensure that our packages withstand the rigors of cross-country shipping. 

Despite this, packages are occasionally lost or damaged in transit after we hand it over to UPS, FEDEX, or USPS.  Fortunately, all shipments are insured against these things.  So if your package arrives damaged, simply fill out the form on this page and we’ll file a claim with the shipping vendor immediately.

Every shipping company has a different process for investigating lost/damage claims, so we’ll do our best to keep you in informed when they notify us of their progress.  Once the claim is resolved, we’ll send a replacement immediately. 

PLEASE NOTE: Shipping vendors typically require the recipient’s phone number before investigating a claim.  So we’ll need to get yours if you didn’t include during checkout.
