How do I edit and customize a send off kit?
Follow the steps below to customize the PDF printables for your wedding.
- Open the PDF inside of Adobe Acrobat Reader.
- Don’t have Adobe Reader? Free download can be found at www.get.adobe.com/reader
- Click on the text you want to edit.
- Add your names, time, and date.
- If you want to change the font size, font style, or color, open the properties menu by clicking ctrl + E (cmd + E on Mac).
- On the properties menu you can change the look of the font.
- If changing font type, make sure to change all of the editable areas!
- Save your PDF and print at actual size.
How many sparklers are in a box?
There are 48 sparklers per box.
What is the difference between Radiant™ sparklers and other sparklers?
Radiant™ sparklers are brighter, create less smoke and are made of stiffer wires than other sparklers. And the 5-minute sparkler burns longer than any other sparkler in the United States. All these factors work together to produce the best sparkler photos.
How long are the 36 inch sparklers?
They are 36 inches long and burn for 3 to 3.5 minutes.
Shipping & Returns
I don’t have the original shipping box for my return … what should I do?
If you don’t have the original box that it was shipped in… that’s okay. You can use any box as long as you include a notice on the outside of the box that says “NOVELTIES, NOT REGULATED, EXCEPT WHEN TRANSPORTED BY AIR, WHEN IN CONFORMANCE WITH APA STANDARD 87-1.

When will my order arrive?
Orders placed before 2pm CST, Monday-Friday ship the same day. We don’t ship Saturday or Sunday because our warehouse is closed on those days.
We ship use ground shipping because the US Department of Transportation only allows ground shipping for sparklers.

My package was lost or damaged in transit. What should I do?
It REALLY stinks when packages are lost or damaged in transit. That’s why we do everything possible to ensure that our packages withstand the rigors of cross-country shipping. Despite this, packages are occasionally lost or damaged in transit after we hand it over to UPS, FEDEX, or USPS. Fortunately, all shipments are insured against these things. So if your package arrives damaged, simply fill out the form on this page and we’ll file a claim with the shipping vendor immediately. Every shipping company has a different process for investigating lost/damage claims, so we’ll do our best to keep you in informed when they notify us of their progress. Once the claim is resolved, we’ll send a replacement immediately. PLEASE NOTE: Shipping vendors typically require the recipient’s phone number before investigating a claim. So we’ll need to get yours if you didn’t include during checkout.
I returned sparklers for a refund. When will I see the credit to my card or account?
We aim to make the return process as easy as possible. Once we receive your return, it’s inspected by a warehouse associate to ensure that it meets the requirements in our return policy as documented on the Shipping & Returns page. If everything looks good, your refund will be processed within 24 hours and we’ll send an email confirmation. It typically takes 1-3 business days to post with your banking institution.
I ordered three boxes, but only got two, why?
When ordering our #20 or #36 sparklers they can be packaged tighter for safer shipping. It is highly possible that your order was packaged tight. Please open your boxes completely to check and see if this is the case. If after opening the entire order, you are still missing sparklers please contact us and we will make it right.
Is it OK to ship sparklers?
Unlike other consumer fireworks, sparklers are classified as NOVELTIES by the federal government which means they can legally be shipped via ground methods.
Do you ship to PO Boxes?
No. We can’t ship to PO Boxes.
Can you ship sparklers to Hawaii, Alaska or Outside the United States?
No, due to shipping regulations, we can only ship sparklers to the lower 48 states.
Can I expedite my shipping?
No. Unfortunately, the United States Department of Transportation only allows sparklers to be shipped via ground shipping. But if you order by 2pm CST, Monday-Friday, we’ll ship your order the same day. All orders placed after 2pm CST will ship the following business day.
Why do you only ship via UPS/FedEx/USPS Ground?
We ship via UPS/FedEx/USPS Ground because it’s the only shipping method legally allowed for sparklers.
What shipping method do you use?
We only ship via ground methods due to shipping restrictions by the United States Department of Transportation. It’s impossible for us to ship any other way.
