Frequently Asked Questions
No. We designed Airlight LED Balloons to be easy to inflate with just your own lung power. But occassionally, customers have said that they weren’t able to blow up the balloons to the full 20″ size. If this happens to you, we suggest buying a simple $20 electric pump. After your purchase, we’ll send an email with links to a few different pumps that you can buy on Amazon or your local retailer.
Yes. Each LED Balloon requires two (2) AA batteries and they are not included with purchase.
1 – Remove the balloons, light strings and accessories from the package.
2 – Hold the edge of the balloon and pull it horizontally and vertically 2-3 times. Stretching the balloon will make it easier to inflate.
3 – Blow into the balloon until it is fully inflated. Since the inflation port is flat, we suggest inserting one of the hollow poles into the balloon to inflate it as it acts like a straw and keeps the port open.
4 – After inflation, tie the port into a knot to prevent air from escaping.
5 – Attach the connecting tube to the bracket, and then pass the LED light through the connecting tube and wrap it around the balloon. (Note: A few dots of glue will keep the string lights in place.)
6 – Finally, install two AA batteries (not included) in the battery box and flip the switch on the box.

- You have 365 DAYS TO RETURN an item to us in its original condition.
- Returns must be unused, in the state you received them, and in the original packaging. Merchandise returned without the original packaging or damaged may not qualify for a refund.
